Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to paid Brrainz digital software products sold through Lemon Squeezy. Because these products are digital downloads and license keys, refunds are handled case by case under the rules below.

2. Merchant of Record

Lemon Squeezy acts as the merchant of record for paid purchases. It processes payments, taxes, receipts, refunds, and chargebacks. If a refund is approved, Lemon Squeezy processes the refund back to the original payment method where possible.

3. When Refunds Are Available

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if one of the following applies:

• The product has a reproducible technical defect that prevents normal use.
• The purchase was accidental or duplicated.
• The product description materially misrepresented what was delivered.
• Required platform compatibility was not clear before purchase.

When practical, Brrainz may first try to fix the issue or provide a working download before issuing a refund.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not available after a license key has been used, after substantial product use, or because of a change of mind once digital access has been delivered, unless required by law or approved at Brrainz's discretion.

Refunds are also generally not available for problems caused by unsupported systems, third-party services, local configuration, policy violations, or attempts to bypass licensing.

5. Consumer Rights

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country. Where consumer law gives you a non-waivable right to a refund, repair, replacement, cancellation, or withdrawal, that right remains available.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, use the support or contact options listed on the Brrainz contact section. Include the order email address, order number if available, product name, and a short description of the issue.

Do not send payment card details or other sensitive payment information. Payment details are handled by Lemon Squeezy.

7. Timing

Approved refund requests are submitted through Lemon Squeezy. Refund timing depends on the payment method and banking network, and may take several business days to appear on your statement.

8. Abuse and Chargebacks

Brrainz may decline refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with this policy. Lemon Squeezy may also review, issue, or handle refunds and chargebacks according to its merchant-of-record obligations and platform rules.
