For product support, license questions, refunds, privacy requests, or App Store support, contact support@brrai.nz.

Include the product name, product version, operating system version, what you expected to happen, what happened instead, and any relevant screenshots or logs.

Mac and iPhone Apps

For apps with a Mac and an iPhone part, include whether the issue is on the Mac, the iPhone, or both. If the issue involves pairing or connecting, include whether the devices are on the same network, whether any VPN or tunnel is active, whether the QR pairing step completed, and any error shown by the app.

For Mac permission issues, include the macOS version, the app version, and which permissions are enabled in System Settings, such as Screen Recording, Accessibility, or Login Items.

Purchases and Refunds

For purchase or refund questions, include the order email address, order number if available, product name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send payment card details.
